Black Friday ‘Ski for Free’ Raffle 2024 - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 This prize draw is open to all WeSki customers who book a ski trip between 13th November 2024 (00:00 GMT) and 2nd December 2024 (23:39 GMT).
1.2 The draw is open to all residents aged 18 and over. Entries from individuals under the age of 18 will not be accepted.
1.3 Employees of WeSki, their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses and life partners), and agents or anyone professionally connected with the raffle are excluded from entering.

2. Entry

2.1 Booking a WeSki trip during the specified period automatically enters the primary booker/lead passenger into the raffle. Only one entry per booking is allowed.

3. The Prize

3.1 One winner will be chosen in a random draw to receive a refund of part or all of their booked WeSki trip cost, up to a maximum value of £1500.

3.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives.

3.3 WeSki reserves the right to exclude any bookings suspected of being inappropriate, fraudulent, defaced, corrupt, or based on misconduct.

3.4 WeSki reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

3.5 The prize will be added to your booking in the form of a reduction to your balance or, if you have paid in full, as a refund. All travel remains subject to WeSki's standard terms and conditions.

3.6 WeSki reserves the right to revoke this prize.

4. Selection and Notification of Winner

4.1 The winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries received during the entry period. The draw will be conducted by WeSki before 15th December 2024 (23:59 GMT).

4.2 The winner will be notified by email or a phone call no later than 20th December 2024. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the selection of a new winner.

5. Data Protection

5.1 All participant data will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection law and WeSki's Privacy Policy available at: https://terms.weski.com/docs/privacy-policy.

5.2 By entering, you grant WeSki non-exclusive permission to use your name, profile picture, and photographs from your booked WeSki trip for promotional purposes. You are responsible for ensuring any photographs have been taken with the subject's permission and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

5.3 Winners may be requested to participate in publicity without further compensation, such as website stories or providing a brief statement about their win.

6. General Conditions

6.1 By booking a WeSki trip during the promotion period, you agree to these terms and conditions.

6.2 WeSki reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this raffle due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

6.3 WeSki accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or illegible entries.

6.4 WeSki reserves the right to select a new winner if the original trip/booking was canceled or refunded, or if the winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the draw announcement.

6.5 WeSki's decisions are final. Submission of a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

6.6 This raffle and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

6.7 The promoter of this raffle is WeSki. The winner's name and country may be disclosed upon request by contacting contact@weski.com within one month after the published closing date.
