‘Magical Ski Trip Giveaway’ Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 This prize draw is exclusively open to Secret Deals Club members who book a WeSki ski trip between 12th December 2025 (00:00 GMT) and 29th December 2025 (23:59 GMT).
1.2 The draw is open to residents of the following countries aged 18 or over:
United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), Ireland, Israel, Austria, Bulgaria, Finland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Netherlands, Qatar, Spain, United Arab Emirates. Entries from persons non-resident in these countries or under 18 will not be accepted.
1.3 Employees of WeSki, their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses, and life partners), agents, or anyone professionally connected with the draw are excluded from entry.
2. Entry
2.1 Booking a WeSki trip during the specified period automatically enters the primary booker/lead passenger into the draw.
2.2 Only one entry per booking is allowed.
3. The Prize
3.1 Each week, one winner will be chosen at random to have the cost of their booked ski trip refunded, up to a maximum value of £2,500 (or the equivalent in local currency based on the exchange rate at the time the discount is applied).
3.2 The refund will be applied to the same trip that was booked during the promotion period.
3.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash beyond the maximum refund value.
3.4 WeSki reserves the right to exclude any bookings suspected of being inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
3.5 WeSki reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
3.6 All travel remains subject to WeSki’s standard terms and conditions.
3.7 The prize may be revoked in cases of cancellation or breach of terms, including if the booking is cancelled.
4. Selection and Notification of Winner
4.1 Winners will be chosen randomly each week from all valid entries received.
4.2 Winners will be contacted by email or phone. If WeSki does not hear back from the winner within 7 days, WeSki reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.
5. Data Protection
5.1 Participant data will be used in accordance with current UK data protection law and WeSki’s Privacy Policy.
5.2 By entering, participants grant WeSki permission to use their name, profile picture, or photographs from their trip for promotional purposes, ensuring all images comply with third-party rights.
5.3 Winners may be asked to participate in publicity or marketing materials without additional compensation.
6. General Conditions
6.1 Booking a WeSki trip during the promotion period constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6.2 WeSki may cancel, modify, or suspend the draw due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
6.3 WeSki is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or illegible entries.
6.4 A new winner may be selected if the original winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, cancels, or breaches terms.
6.5 WeSki’s decisions are final.
6.6 These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
6.7 The promoter of this draw is WeSki. Winner names and countries may be disclosed upon request within one month of the draw by contacting contact@weski.com.
