Voucher T&Cs 2024

1. Voucher Validity:

All vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers must be used in a single transaction.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
WeSki also offers Credit Notes in some instances, which differ from vouchers and have separate Terms and Conditions - these can be found here.

2. Redemption:

Vouchers must be redeemed online at www.weski.co.uk.
The voucher code must be entered at checkout.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Booking Requirements:

Vouchers can only be used for new bookings, unless with written permission and only in exceptional circumstances.
Only one voucher can be used per booking, unless with written permission and only in exceptional circumstances.
Vouchers can only be used for bookings with a minimum value of £1000 (or the equivalent in your local currency), unless with written permission and only in exceptional circumstances.
Certain booking types or destinations may be excluded from the vouchers’ use.

4. Cancellation and Amendments:

If a booking made with a voucher is cancelled, the voucher will not be refunded or reissued.
Changes to a booking made with a voucher may result in the voucher becoming invalid.

5. Voucher Loss or Theft:

WeSki is not responsible for lost or misused voucher codes.
Vouchers will not be replaced.

6. Limitation of Liability:

WeSki is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of a voucher.
WeSki reserves the right to modify or cancel any vouchers at any time.

7. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
