End of Season 2025 Survey Prize Draw

1. Eligibility

This prize draw is open to all existing WeSki customers who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of WeSki, their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses and life partners), and agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are excluded from entering.

2. Entry

2.1 To enter the prize draw, you must be an existing WeSki customer and complete the WeSki End of Season Survey sent via email before 21 April 2025 (23:59 GMT)
2.2 Only one entry per customer will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be void.
2.3 The entry period for the prize draw will be from 7 April 2025 to 21 April 2025 at (23:59 GMT). All entries received outside of this period will be ineligible.

3. The Prize

3.1 There will be five (5) winners selected in this prize draw. The winners will each receive a single coupon with a value of £300.00, or local currency equivalent for winners outside of the UK.
3.2 The prize is not transferable or refundable, nor can be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
3.3 No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in this competition, including in relation to the use of the internet.
3.4 WeSki reserves the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, defaced, corrupt or based on misconduct.
3.5 WeSki reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
3.6 The coupon will be available to be used to book a ski trip through the WeSki platform. All travel is subject to the terms and conditions of WeSki.

4. Selection and Notification of Winner

4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period. The draw will be conducted by WeSki before 20 May 2025 (23:59 GMT).
4.2 The winner will be notified by email or a phone call no later than 1 June 2025. The winner will be required to respond to the notification email and confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, WeSki reserves the right to select another winner.

5. Data Protection

5.1 Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection law and in accordance with the WeSki Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://terms.weski.com/docs/privacy-policy
5.2 By entering the competition, any entrant grants WeSki irrevocable and perpetual permission to free use of their names, profile pictures, and photographs from their booked WeSki trips for marketing purposes, including in WeSki's website, publications and any promotional material connected to this draw. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any photographs from their booked WeSki trips have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
5.3 Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward, for example being photographed for website/media stories, providing a short statement about their win.

6. General Conditions

6.1 By entering this prize draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6.2 WeSki reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this prize draw at any time due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
6.3 WeSki accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or illegible due to technical or other reasons.
6.4 WeSki reserves the right to select a new winner if:

1. The original trip/booking was canceled or was refunded. Or;
2. The winner was unable to be reached by the WeSki team via email for 7 days following the draw announcement.
   6.5 The decisions of WeSki are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
   6.4 This draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
   6.5 This competition is promoted by WeSki. The winner's name and country may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date to contact@weski.com.
