To participate in this draw, must book their trip between November 13th, 2023 (00:01 GMT) - November 27th, 2023 (23:59 GMT)
After 23:59 GMT on 27th of November 2023 submissions will be closed. No further entries made after this time will enter the draw.
The winner will be drawn at random by WeSki from all submissions received between November 13th, 2023 (00:01 GMT) - November 27th, 2023 (23:59 GMT).
The winner will be announced no later than December 14th 2023
One winner will receive a coupon with a value of up to €1,500.00 or at the value of original trip/booking, if lower than €1,500.00.
The coupon will be available to be used to book a ski trip through the WeSki platform and only after the original trip/booking was paid in full. All travel is subject to the terms and conditions of WeSki.
The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Ireland, USA, Israel aged 18 or over.
Employees of WeSki and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses and life partners) are not eligible to enter this competition.
Any entry from persons non-resident in the United Kingdom, Ireland, USA, Israel and/or under the age of 18 will not be accepted.
If you are the winner, further details will be provided by WeSki as to how you claim your prize via email, phone call, or a direct message on Instagram.
WeSki reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in this competition, including in relation to the use of the internet.
WeSki reserves the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, defaced, corrupt or based on misconduct.
The prize is not transferable or refundable, nor can be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
WeSki reserves the right to select a new winner if:
1. The original trip/booking was canceled or was refunded. Or;
2. The winner was unable to be reached by the WeSki team via email for 7 days following the draw announcement.
The decisions of WeSki are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection law and in accordance with the WeSki Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://terms.weski.com/docs/privacy-policy
By entering the competition, any entrant grants WeSki irrevocable and perpetual permission to free use of their names, profile pictures, and photographs from their booked WeSki trips for marketing purposes, including in WeSki's website, publications and any promotional material connected to this draw. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any photographs from their booked WeSki trips have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward, for example being photographed for website/media stories, providing a short statement about their win.
WeSki reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
This draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
This competition is promoted by WeSki. The winner's name and country may be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published closing date to contact@weski.com
