Price Guarantee terms and conditions
Booked a ski trip with us and then found an identical trip at a lower price somewhere else? Let us know and we’ll match it. Refunds will be re-credited to the original card used to make your online purchase within 14 days from approval day.
Please make sure the cheaper package includes the same exact products, for the same resort on the same dates:
- The same room at the same property.
- The same type of lift passes.
- The same level of equipment rental.
- The same type of transfer.
- The same flight tickets, including the relevant luggages.
Please note:
Price guarantee requests can only be submitted to us within 72 hours of your confirmed booking.
We will review the details of your request and reply to you via email within 7 working days.
We will only price match the total package price and will not price match individual products within the package.
You will need to provide proof of the cheaper package price with all the same inclusions.
We cannot price match for claims made within 21 days of check-in or for bookings where prices are not available to the general public.
