Repatriation guarantee in case of need
If you booked a ski trip with us that includes flights and during your trip, government restrictions were implemented that would prevent you from continuing with your trip or experienced a major change in your trip due to the local government’s restrictions (e.g quarantine restrictions for over 24 hours or lockdown) we will make sure you’ll get back home safe and sound with no extra charge.

Our customer service is available every day from 9:00 to 22:00 for anything you need, with an emergency line available 24/7 during your trip for any urgent emergency cases.

Booking a trip with a deposit
You can book your trip by making a deposit. The deposit represents 35% of the holiday package price, and the remaining balance can be paid anytime, up to 90 days before departure.
Please note, deposits are only available for trips booked no later than 90 days before departure, in any other case full payment will be required.
Full cash refund within 14 days
Looking to book a ski trip but worried about COVID-19 restrictions? Good news, we’ve got you covered! In the event that 3 days (or less) prior to your departure, any of the following cases happens, you’ll be eligible to receive a full cash refund in the event of the following Covid restrictions* being announced:
- Ski resort closure
- Mandatory self-isolation (over 24 hours) of all vaccinated** visitors in your destination country (for flight-inclusive trips)
- UK government restriction of non-essential flights to your destination country(for flight-inclusive trips)
- Restriction of entry to your destination country for vaccinated** visitors from the UK(for flight-inclusive trips)
- Flight cancellation by the airline without any viable alternative (for flight-inclusive trips)
Please note:
- Local guidelines and entry policies are changing frequently, as a result, and in order to maximize the chances for your trip to go ahead as planned, we won’t cancel your trip until the last 3 days prior to departure if any of the Covid restrictions are in place.
- Any amounts paid with a Credit Voucher will be refunded with a replacement Credit Voucher, with a new expiration date.
* Covid Restrictions – This DOES NOT include any instances where you contract Covid-19 and are unable to travel due to illness and/or isolation as a result of illness. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place with Covid-19 cover included to protect against this risk.
** Vaccinated - according to the local governments’ definitions of a fully-vaccinated visitor in terms of vaccine type, the number of doses received, vaccination dates, etc.
