Repatriation guarantee in case of need

If you booked a ski trip with us that includes flights and while you were away there was a COVID-19 outbreak or a major change in your holiday due to the pandemic restriction policy (like lockdown etc,.) we will make sure you’ll get back home safe and sound with no extra charge.

From the moment you make your booking, and all the way to the slopes, our dedicated ski experts are available for anything you might need. Our customer service is available every day from 9:00 to 22:00 for anything you need, with an emergency line available 24/7 during your trip for any urgent emergency cases.

Booking a trip with a deposit

You can book your trip by making a deposit. The deposit represents 35% of the holiday package price, and the remaining balance can be paid anytime, up to 90 days before departure.

Please note, deposits are only available for trips booked no later than 90 days before departure, in any other case full payment will be required.
